Details:
The Flood Warning continues for the S.F. Fork Forked Deer River.
The Flood Warning continues for
the S.F. Fork Forked Deer River near Halls
* until further notice.
* At 11 AM Tuesday the stage was 10.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring AND Minor flooding is forecast.
* Maximum forecast stage of 12.5 feet on Thursday February 22.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* The river continues to remain above flood stage and will rise to
near 12.5 feet by Thursday February 22 then begin falling.
* At 12.5 feet...Water is flowing over Highway 210 north of Halls.
Several low lying roads near the South Fork of the Forked Deer
River are flooded.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Mississippi River at Caruthersville
* from Saturday February 24 until Thursday March 08.
* At 11 AM Tuesday the stage was 28.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Maximum forecast stage of 35.5 feet on Sunday March 04.
* Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
* Forecast to rise above flood stage by Saturday February 24 and
continue to rise to near 35.5 feet by Sunday March 04. The river
will fall below flood stage by Thursday March 08.
* At 35.5 feet...Route 88 in Lauderdale, County, Tennessee is flooded
just south of Suggs Road.

Details:
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning for the
Mississippi River.
The National Weather Service in Memphis TN has issued a
* Flood Warning for
the Mississippi River at Osceola
* from Sunday February 25 until Thursday March 08.
* At 11 AM Tuesday the stage was...23.8 feet.
* Moderate flooding is now forecast to occur.
* Maximum forecast stage of 31.5 feet on Monday March 05.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Forecast to rise above flood stage by Sunday February 25 and
continue to rise to near 31.5 feet by Monday March 05. The river
will fall below flood stage by Thursday March 08.
At 32.0 feet, In Tennessee, Kirkpatrick and Snyder Bluff Roads are
flooding. Backwater has reached the west leg of Crutcher Lake Road
south of Keyes Point. Outbounds Road is covering up. South end of Jim
Fullen Road is flooded.  River water is covering parts of Ballard
Slough Road and Ruleman Road. Fields and pastures west of Herring
Hill road are beiing inundated. West end of Corona Road begins to
flood. In Arkansas, Sans Souci Road elevator floods.

Details:
...Flooding Possible Across Portions of the Mid-South Tonight
through late Wednesday night...
.A slow-moving cold front will interact with deep moisture to
produce showers and thunderstorms across the Mid-South this week.
Widespread heavy rainfall is expected to develop late tonight
and continue through tomorrow into early Thursday. Rainfall
totals of 2 to 4 inches are expected in the watch area, with
localized higher amounts possible. Very moist soils due to recent
rainfall will result in significant run-off. Flooding is likely
along many of the rivers and tributaries. In addition, widespread
flooding of lowlands and poor drainage urban areas is anticipated.
Additional heavy rainfall is expected later in the week.
...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...
The Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast
Missouri, and West Tennessee, including the following areas,
in East Arkansas, Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Greene,
Lawrence, Lee, Mississippi, Phillips, Poinsett, Randolph, and
St. Francis. In North Mississippi, Coahoma, DeSoto, and
Tunica. In Southeast Missouri, Dunklin and Pemiscot. In West
Tennessee, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Haywood, Lake, Lauderdale,
Obion, Shelby, Tipton, and Weakley.
* From late tonight through late Wednesday night.
* Heavy rainfall is expected across much of the Mid-South.
Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches, with localized higher
amounts, are possible across much of the area. The heaviest
rainfall expected across northeast Arkansas, northwest
Tennessee, and the Missouri Bootheel.
* Runoff from heavy rainfall may result in rapid rises in river,
stream, and creek levels. Widespread lowland flooding is
possible and poor drainage urban areas may experience street
flooding.
